I have been a friend, good or bad regardless, to many girls over so many years and I still cannot come to understand one thing.

Each time a girl approaches, pour out her whole heart to confide about her jerk of a boyfriend, it made me realize a golden trend transcending from each of them.

They blame every one in the world and every one, except for that one rotten person they call "boyfriend."

Do you even realize that the reason you're feeling all insecure, torn, challenged and broken for is because of the guy himself? Why do you always blame other people for what HE had done to you? Did/Do you even bother to listen to the other side of the story?

When your boyfriend cheats on you, you ONLY choose to blame the girl he's cheating with. I am sorry but this is where I go, wtf?

Yes so wtf? Is it logical? No. Is it biased? Yes.

Ya I know you love your boyfriend so very much and yadayada oldgrandmudderstory but it takes TWO to tango. Not one. And you always blame one, which always happens to be the other girl.

Of course I'll understand if the girl is a sleazy and gatal nak mamps person but you still cannot put the blame on her alone. Whether you like it or not, he already cheated on you. Making yourself think that teaching the other girl a lesson will not change the fact that he already cheated on you. You ought to give your cheating boyfriend a tight slap in his face.

I would say punch till his nose bleeds purple blood but ok half of you will not even have the heart to lay your fingers on his dirty face. Sigh, the fragility of a female's heart.

So where was I? Yes. Inflict any kind of pain on him even if it's not effective. (Obviously it will not be effective.) Express yourself and show him that what he did was wrong. Period. Make him see that it's not okay and that he will not get away with it just because you hate the other girl more than you can ever hate him.

A wrong deed must be punished accordingly. I tell you, Singapore government will agree with me on this one.

So to put things shortly, you can blame the girl (if she already knows that your boyfriend is attached to you), of course you can, but remember to blame your stupid boyfriend too ok?

I don't necessarily mean literally throwing your fist at him also lah. If you're smart and logical enough, you can say something that could bring his entire ego down. Something that equates to punching him in the face too.

I can explain why I had no shoes on but I can't explain the bad picture.

So about my shoes.

Hairin and I walked barefooted to 7-11 for yoghurts during our short half an hour break and to the bus stop when it was over. Actually the 4 of us were having some melecet issues. So I told Mel and Song to take off their shoes and socks, then hang the socks on their shoulders and 4 of us shall parade around the school like that. My feet, they're still screaming at me this very second. Cannot tahan! Like there wasn't enough damage, my shoes were shedding skin like snakes. What an awful shoe day. I threw them away after we got cheap mini toons slippers. I tell you, cheap slippers never felt that goood.

HAHA. But really. They've done full justice letting my feet breathe my way home or I could have lose some toes.

Okay I know. This is hard core digression. So we survived the G301 war. 5/6 assessors loved our logbooks (none of them were mean) and our advisor mentioned that our poster could be used for seminars. *Kening naik-naik at Hairin* Questions directed were not that hard to answer. So now half the battle won. I cannot believe part 1 is ovarr!

And before I forget, I need to thank my personal cheerleader for staying till 3 odd in the morning to accompany me finish my report, endure the endless whining through out this G301 journey and yadayada. Very significant okay.

3) Then while we were eating, I was so focused on emphasizing the word, "MAN" to Jan (I even spelled it out for her), the auntie from a neighbouring table turned and glared at me. What. A doa selamat that happened last week for my sister and cousin who's going to uni soon, as well as a celebration for the June birthdays. The pizzas alone were an addition to the truckload of food. Father wanted to take us to Jack's Place but we decided to have our very own private family function at home along with pizzas, kentucky fried chickennzz, sodas, tubs of ice cream, crackers and party tarts. It was a full length celebration in terms of menu.

My primers worked! YAY YAY YAY YAY YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!

I know there had been a point of time where my entries were consistently directed towards FYP but it gradually stopped because we have to perform all experiments in NUS and we're busy in school so yadayada, you do the maths.

The other day when I walked past the library with Hairin, we saw that the known-to-be empty area was filled to every corner with students and advisors, hogging on their laptops. So we both agreed that those people there... that was us during the holidays. Working our butts off like dogs searching for a perfect pair of primer. (A primer is a short DNA sequence.) We had meetings that ended at 10pm and online ones which lasted till 12 midnight.

Song Wen and I didn't get to do the experiment though. He was busy asking me to play restaurant city in Lab Management today. Nevertheless, Hairin and Mel must have done a good job. I hope every thing falls into place accordingly because Dr. Chu said that since our results have turned out pretty good and if our latest experiment should generate a consistent success, he'll get clinical samples for us to test!

SO EXCITING!

Let me tell you why blogging and bloghopping is so fun. You can laugh at what you and other people say and then realize that you contradict one another so badly, it becomes hilarious.
